Iluce Concepts sells its custom lighting plans two ways. Both produce the same thing — a
complete plan built around the exact fixtures your rooms need — but they are priced for two
different kinds of project. Here is the honest difference.
By the Hour: for larger, open-ended projects
The By Hour plan costs $90 per hour, with a minimum of two hours. The hours you buy become a bank of hours: we draw from it as the work demands, starting with what makes the biggest difference to your space. It begins with a free 30-minute discovery call, so the scope is assessed honestly before your hours start running. Choose this plan when the project is a whole home, a major renovation, or anything still evolving — when decisions will unfold over weeks and you want your design time to flex with them instead of being locked to a fixed scope.
By the Square Foot: for small, quick projects
The By Square Foot plan costs $1.25 per square foot, with a minimum of 72 square feet and one
round of revisions included. There is no quote to wait for: measure the room, multiply, and you
know the price. An average 75 sq ft bathroom is $93.75. A 200 sq ft living room is $250. Choose
this plan when the project is one defined room and you want it designed properly, quickly, at a
price you can calculate yourself before you buy.
