Custom Lighting Plan by Square Foot
A complete lighting plan for your home or business at a fixed price based on the size of your space. Enter the total square footage of the area to be planned as the quantity. We confirm the square footage from your plans and adjust the order if needed.

- Reflected ceiling plan for lighting layout
- Switch planning for zones and ambiance
- Elevations for fixture positioning, dimensions and installation guidance
- Art illumination concept and elevations (dimensions of art pieces must be provided)
- Lighting for exterior walls, decks and patios
- Plug/outlet plan (specifications of appliances or special equipment must be supplied)
- One round of revisions (see “Good to know”)
Delivery
Your plan is delivered as a PDF and CAD files.
What you need to send us
- Your floor plans (PDF or DWG) and ceiling heights
- Type of space (residential, restaurant, retail, office, etc.)
- Your style preferences and budget range
- Any existing fixtures you want to keep
After placing your order, email these items to Info@iluceconcepts.com with your order number. Your plan starts once we have everything.

Good to know
- Minimum order: 72 sq ft.
- Includes one round of revisions. Further revisions, calls and extra work are billed at $90 per hour.
- Services such as ordering, receiving and inspecting products, delivery coordination, and supplier price negotiation are available separately at $90 per hour.
- Fixtures are purchased separately.
