Our fixtures are custom-made to order for each client, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
No returns under any circumstances, whether the fixture has been installed or not.
Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as production begins immediately.

Defective Products
If you receive a defective fixture, please email us at onlinesales@iluceconcepts.com with your order number and pictures of the issue.
We will review your claim and advise you of the next steps.
