A comprehensive renovation service:
-Start with on-site measurements
-Hold a design meeting and complete a detailed project assessment
-Develop space planning and detailed floor plans
-Select all materials and finishes, including paint, tile, lighting, plumbing, and hardware
-Present the design through item selections, colored elevations, and physical samples
-Produce full construction documentation covering demolition, construction, lighting, finishes, and elevations
-eliver a construction guide with detailed specifications
-Provide optional renovation management at an hourly rate
Pricing follows an hourly structure or a packaged fee, depending on project scale. Work outside the agreed scope generates additional billing.
